After you complete your membership purchase, you’ll get exclusive access to our Member-Only Booking Portal via SimplyBook.me. Use it to view availability and schedule your sessions.

Can I reschedule if my plans change?

Yes, you can reschedule your sessions as long as it’s within your monthly allotment and follows our cancellation policy.

How do I track my sessions?

You can track your remaining sessions through your SimplyBook.me account. It updates automatically each time you schedule.

Can I roll over unused sessions to the next month?

No, unused sessions do not roll over. We recommend using your full allotment each month to get the most from your membership.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

You may cancel your membership at any time; however, a 30-day notice is required to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [your email or contact form link]. Your access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds if I don't use my sessions or forget to cancel?

We do not offer refunds. All memberships are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of usage. Please be sure to manage your session bookings and cancellation timelines accordingly.

You can upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time to unlock more sessions per month.
